What tools would you need to become more resilient to everyday stresses. Learn this and so much more in this 2025 ReCreate Yoga Retreat! Allowing yourself to connect with the awesome power of “This Moment”. It can enable acceptance of the precious gift of life. Feel the importance of that uniqueness and embrace all of it.

!Welcome to Winter Sports slow flow stretch Yoga and sound bath Event at Beringia! Whether you alpine or nordic ski, ice climb, snowshoe, run or just like to have fun in the snow, this yoga is for you. The class will follow a flow of alternating intensity and rest to reset the balance and strength of the mind and body. The focus of the class is to regain symmetrical stability to reduce injury potential and increase winter fun! A short sound bath will conclude the session.
